Trimming

Trimming is a mechanical operation that is associated with Canopy Management.

The trimming / green tipping helps the vine revert from a vegetative growth stage to a reproductive growth stage where all energy is focused on the fruit.

Trimming also helps with light interception and chemical penetration. Our mechanical trimming machine is extremely efficient with ground speeds of over 1 ha per hour.
